BUSHBASICS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before completing and returning our booking form .Once we have received the booking form it is then classed as a legal binding contract between Bushbasics and the client AGREEMENT To comply with the terms and condition of Bushbasics the booking form must be fully completed along with full payment (if booking a course within the next 4 weeks), or a 20% deposit. Acceptance on to the chosen course will only be confirmed when cheques have cleared. The person signing the booking form will be taken as the person attending the course. PAYMENT Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to course date. A 20% deposit is due along with the booking form. A booking made within 4 weeks of course commencement must be accompanied by full payment. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT Deposits are non-refundable.Cancellation by client 4 weeks before course, all monies excluding deposit will be refunded. Cancellation after 4 weeks all monies will not be refunded. If for any reason Bushbasics should cancel any courses a full refund will be given. VARIATION OF A COURSE BY BUSHBASICS All Bushbasics courses are held in an outdoor environment and due to natural elements ie weather. every effort is made to comply with course content. CLIENT CONDUCT Bushbasics clients should behave in a reasonable manner and comply with reasonable instructions and leadership of Bushbasics. Bushbasics reserves the right to remove any client that may effect the safety and well being of others or themself ie intoxication, abusive behaviour, lack of appropriate equipment INSURANCE Bushbasics strongly recommend the client seek comprehensive insurance to include the duration of the course and travelling to and from Bushbasics courses. LIABILITY Bushbasics courses take place in the countryside and because of nature are never completely hazard tree. Bushbasics make every effort to keep hazards to a minimum. Bushbasics is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property which include vehicles, clothing, money or equipment. Bushbasics takes no responsibility for any mishaps as a result of the client failure to follow bushbasics instructions. Bushbasics takes no responsibility for mishaps occurring to third parties taught by attendees of any Bushbasics course. |
